The 'RollaStand' has been designed to provide many years of trouble free service. At its heart are 2 heavy-duty rollers, having solid steel axles machined to carry the weight of virtually any motorcycle, or for that matter, any three wheeled 'trikes".

The solid steel support rails are precision cut using laser technology, resulting in a product that is of consistently high quality. Both are powder coated and baked in an oven at 222 degrees C, to provide a high quality gloss finish that is also very resistant to scratches. Rotating on fully sealed bearings, the heavy-duty steel rollers are galvanised before being powder coated. Support rails have a non-slip base for use on smooth surfaces.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. Use the Rollastand¨ on a flat and level area, such as a concretedriveway or workshop floor. Do not use the Rollastand¨ on sloping oruneven surfaces.

2. Make sure that the motorcycle ignition is switched off and the gears arein neutral.

FOR REAR WHEEL USE:

1. Place the Rollastand 15 inches behind the back wheel.

2. Make sure that the rollers of the Rollastand¨ are at right anglesto the direction the wheel to be cleaned. See photo's on packaging or above.

3. Take the weight of the Motorcycle off the side stand and manually rollthe motorcycle onto the Rollastand¨. You will feel a small bump as theMotorcycle wheel rides over the first roller, allow the wheel to come torest between the rollers. Allow the motorcycle to rest on the kickstand withthe steering at full left lock.

4. Some owners may feel that their motorcycle is leaning too much at thispoint. Add a small wood block under the side stand to adjust the attitudeof the motorcycle.

5. The motorcycle rear wheel can now be rotated by hand to assist with cleaningor chain maintence.

FOR FRONT WHEEL USE.

1. Place the Rollastand 15 inches in front of the front wheel.

2. Make sure that the rollers of the Rollastand¨ are at right anglesto the direction the wheel to be cleaned. See photo's on packaging or above.

3. Take the weight of the Motorcycle off the side stand and manually rollthe motorcycle onto the Rollastand¨. You will feel a small bump as theMotorcycle wheel rides over the first roller, allow the wheel to come torest between the rollers. Keep the front wheel pointed straight ahead.

4. Some owners may feel that their mtorcycle is leaning too much at thispoint. Add a small wood block under the side stand to adjust the attitudeof the motorcycle.

5. The motorcycle rear wheel can now be rotated by hand to assist with cleaning.The front wheel may nove to one side of the Rollastand¨ as it is beingrotated. This can be corrected by changing the direction of the front wheelas it is being rotated.

Your Rollastand is protected by a powder-coated finish and has sealed bearingsfor a long service life. Wipe dirt & oil off with a rag. Do not immersein solvents. Store in a dry place.

Rollastand comes with a 12 month warranty against defective materials andworkmanship.
