Well, you've come to the right place. This retrofit is of a 2002/2003 Yamaha R1 Tail. This product allows you to totally remove the rear blinkers on your R1. All the internals of the stock tail light housing are removed and replaced with a professionally made Custom LED circuit board for your R1. Instead of the 15 LEDs you get from the factory, the Custom LED solution gives you 36 Ultra Bright Red LEDs and 40 Ultra Bright Yellow LEDs (20 yellow each side in the arrow shape) The RED LED's are dual intensity for running light and brake light. The Yellow comes on for turns only.

The brightness of this unit is amazing - it's almost borderline too bright! But on a motorcycle there's no such thing as too bright, we need all the preventative measures we can achieve. Not only does this unit clean up the tail section of the R1 by eliminating the need for the stock blinker stalks, but it also makes a lasting impression on anyone who sees it in action. It is awesome. The pictures don't ever do it justice because we haven't found a camera that's capable of handling the amount of light that screams from these LED's.
